Kimisi cennet hurması, kimisi trabzon hurması diyor. Aslında gerçek adını tam olarak bilmiyorum ama bu güzel meyvenin oldukça faydalı olduğunu biliyorum. Hazır mevsimiyken özellikle çocuklar için işe yarayacak bir tarif olduğu için paylaşmak istedim.
Anavatanı Uzak Doğu olan bu meyve ülkemizde de yetişiyor ve çok ciddi soğuk havalara dayanıklı. Sanırım bu yüzden annem “kendini koruyabilen meyve seni de korur bol bol ye” diyordu bana.
Bol çeşitli vitamin, protein, karbonhidrat, potasyum, fosfor, kalsiyum ve yağ barındırıyor içerisinde. Özellikle kansızlık ve mide-bağırsak hastalıklarına iyi geldiği gibi bağışılık sistemini de güçlendirdiği söyleniyor.
Ben tadını çok beğeniyorum. Kızım da benimle alıştı ve kaşık kaşık tüketiyor trabzon (cennet) hurmasını. Olgunlaştığında tüketiken trabzon hurmasını, yakın zamanda komşunun kızlarına da yedirebilmek için size tatlı yaptım diyerek bir cup hazırladım. Yemeyen çocuklar için bir alternatif olsun diyerek paylaşmak istedim.
Olgunlaşmış 3 hurmayı yıkayıp blendırdan geçirdim ve cuplara paylaştırdım.
Aynı şekilde 3 muzu da blendırdan geçirip üzerine koydum.
Cupların en üstüne birer tatlı kaşığı kadar bal gezdirdim.
